Sea Phoenix Hotel was a great choice for my trip to Da Nang. Just a short 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach and close to the An Thuong area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had both Asian and Western options. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and ocean — perfect for relaxing. Great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again!

We chose a sea-view room for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The view from the window was breathtaking waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean made every moment unforgettable. To our surprise, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a special decoration in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel truly welcome and cared for. Their warmth and attention to detail turned our stay into something even more memorable. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway in Da Nang, this hotel is the perfect choice.

The hotel is located in a great spot close to many food options and a 24/7 market. the room was large and comfortable. The bed was a good comfort level. But, the view…. I stayed in room 803. I woke up early every morning to watch the sun come up. AMAZING 🤩🫶💖 for the price this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d be remised to not mention the complimentary breakfast it was a good amount of options and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely hotel that we got at reduced price. Ten minute walk from the 'Western' centre of Da Nang. Across the road from the beach, rooftop pool is lovely. The place is clean, comfortable and the staff friendly. Great bed!

Budget-Friendly Stay – Great Value for MoneyFor a budget hotel, Sea Phoenix really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and An Thuong area. Truly excellent value for the pric.
